I had an amazing experience at Ila Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the staff were welcoming and professional. I enjoyed several of their unique treatments, including the robo massage, red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber, and the sauna/steam room, which were all fantastic. The gym facilities are also excellent. The therapist was skilled, and the natural oils used during my treatment were heavenly. The spa itself is beautifully designed, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience!

I am so glad to have discovered this! Not only is it in a palace; it’s one of the fanciest spas I’ve been to in New York! In addition to the most welcoming and friendliest staff, they have all the hottest therapeutic equipment, and bringing in even more. I started my day with the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, then did PEMF, red light therapy and even the new robotic massage. Finished my day with the spa and steam rooms. It was the perfect reset. I’ll definitely be back!

Great experience at ila Only Spa. The gym is really good, and the hyperbaric chamber is a big plus. The staff is super friendly, and Gen is an awesome gym instructor. The mobility exercises he does are especially good and definitely worth repeating. 10/10

Gen - the in-house physio - absolutely saved my back! I woke up with excruciating back pain and could barely stand. Gen spent a couple of hours helping me through stretches, mobility exercises and breathing. 6 hours later I could walk normally as if nothing happened. Thanks Gen!

One of the best wellness spas I visited in the city. Sarah gave me the best customer service as I walked in. And Marianny showed me around and was so knowledgeable and patient. If you want to elevate your wellness journey, get a membership you won’t be disappointed. The whole staff really is great.

This spa truly exceeds expectations! With cutting-edge technology, they offer innovative treatments that cater to the well-being of your body. From vibroacoustic sessions to hyperbaric therapy, massage robots, and infrared beds, the options are impressive. The facility also boasts an excellent gym, sauna, and steam room. I had a particularly wonderful experience with Bianca, who was professional, kind, and meticulous in her care. Her attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you for the exceptional service – I'll definitely be back! The VIP treatment was top-notch.

I truly had an amazing experience at the ila only spa! The spa is extremely well equipped including a sauna, steam room, a spacious gym (even with a reformer + TRX area which I loved) and a huge variety of treatment options. The staff was super friendly! Especially Vlad was very thoughtful, he provided me with snacks & drinks in the lounge area and helped me a lot to pick the perfect treatments. I can fully recommend visiting this spa and will come back any time!
